The ByAllAccounts data service delivers reconciliation-ready financial data from more than 3,800 online sources to multiple accounting, reconciliation, and portfolio management systems. Demand for our unique data interpretation and transformation service is growing rapidly, and demands on our corporate infrastructure are increasing as our organization expands to keep up with the demand.
Technical Relationship Manager (TRM) is specialist level position that manages both customer/partner relationships and provides business practice and product use consultation to this same audience. TRM works primarily with newly established and existing relationships but may also consult in pre-sales situations. TRM accomplishes work without considerable direction, exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of an assignment, and uses judgment within broadly defined policies and practices. TRM represents the organization as a customer contact and often performs project leadership in that role. TRM also interacts with management and senior customer personnel on matters requiring coordination across organizational lines. TRM may be a supervisor or team leader.
o Develop and maintain documentation related to ‘best practices’ for customer/partner audience.
o Work with senior management to implement goals and metrics for maintaining and expanding customer/partner use of ByAllAccounts products and services.
o Perform ongoing management of partner projects.
o Communicate partner and partner customer feedback to product development/engineers/validation.
o Establish and maintain both operations and business contacts within the customer organization.
o Make periodic contact during each calendar year with assigned customers / partners to assess status and obtain detailed feedback.
o Contact top tiered clients/partners via e-mail, phone, or face to face.
o Work with partners to bring up to full production mode after they have transitioned out of implementation.
o Work with partner and Marketing to optimize programs to drive mutual success.
o Train Partners on articulating the difference between our product/service and our competitors.
o Provide consultation to prospects and customers on the differences between running operations in-house versus through an outsourcer partner.
o ByAllAccounts products and services.
o Portfolio management systems, trust systems, personal trade monitoring systems, and other systems that have potential for ByAllAccounts data integration.
o The issues, concerns, and needs of the Registered Investment Advisor’s environment and the vendors that serve them, such as custodial institutions and back office outsourcing providers.
o Conducting a webinar
o Fact-checking a whitepaper or case study
o Authoring a blog post
o Providing content for a webpage or e-book.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o Business practice expertise as it relates to the financial advisory community
o Strong analytical skillset; ability to absorb customer needs and translate into actionable business requirements.
This position involves exposure to private and sensitive financial account information and requires the candidate to pass a background check,as well as periodically thereafter and must be a U.S. citizen or have permanent U.S. work authorization to be considered.
